Do I REALY need an agent?

Yes, in my opinion you do. We work with clients to determine a fair and accurate price based on the current market. We ensure that the appropriate paperwork is completed in a timely manner. We negotiate the best possible terms for the property. Once terms are agreed upon, we maintain communication with the appropriate parties to ensure a smooth transition.

Should I get pre-approved?

Yes. There is no worse feeling than to fall in love with a home, only to find out it's not in your budget. Working with a professional lender will make the transaction go smoother.

Does it matter which lender I use?

Of course! The property you are interested in and your current financial situation has an impact on the type of loan written. We work with a select group of lending officers who have a proven track record of getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

My credit isn't perfect. Does that matter?

Maybe. It's recommended that you speak with one of the credit specialists we work with. Depending on your situation, they may be able to help you get into your dream home faster than you think.

I'm moving here from another state. Can you help?
